Privacy
This page describes what the appointment request form on this website actually does. It was written from the code that runs it, not from a template.

What the form collects
Tapping an open time on the request page writes an appointment request email for you. Nothing is sent until you press Send in your own email app. The email contains:
- the appointment time you tapped;
- your name, phone number and the service you chose, but only if you add them;
- your email address, because your own email account sends the message.
What the form does not collect
The form does not ask for:
- health information, medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions or pregnancy details;
- photographs;
- card, bank or payment details;
- a date of birth, an address, or an account or password.
Please do not put any of that into the fields that do exist. Anything relevant is discussed with you in person at your consultation.
Where your request goes
- Not stored by this website. The form only writes the email and hands it to your email app. This website does not save or send a copy of your request.
- Emailed to Keaton by you. When you press Send, your email app sends the message from your own email account to Keaton so she can reply. Your sent-mail folder keeps its own copy. Email is not encrypted end to end, and both mailboxes are provided by third parties, so those providers can technically access the message.
- Hosting. This website is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, Hostinger operates the server and keeps its own access logs, which normally include visitors’ IP addresses. Those logs are Hostinger’s, not part of this form.
Your details are not sold, and are not shared with anyone beyond the hosting and email providers described above. They are not sent to Cape Fear Community College by this website.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
Google Analytics stays off until you choose Accept. If you agree, it uses optional cookies to measure page visits and contact-button interactions so Fred can help improve the website. Your appointment details, name, phone number and email address are not sent as analytics event fields. Advertising personalization stays off, and this website has no Google Ads conversion tag.
Choose Decline to leave analytics off. You can change or withdraw your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Read how Google uses information from websites that use its services.
Links to Cape Fear Community College, Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that site’s own privacy practices apply.
How long it is kept
This website does not keep your request, so there is nothing on it to delete. The email sits in Keaton’s mailbox and is managed by her. Your own sent copy is managed by you.
Deleting your request
Call, text or email Keaton and ask her to delete your request, and she will remove the email.
Age
Appointment requests must be submitted by someone 18 or older. If the client is under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the request and attend the appointment.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, it does not store your request, and the email contains only the details listed above. No website can promise perfect security, and this page does not.
Changes
If the form or how it handles your details changes, this page will be rewritten to match and the date at the top will change. It describes the website as it stands on the date shown, and nothing more.
